Consider using self update in macOS #146

Currently I use brew to update CMD to latest version. However, this will make CMD lost Xcode Editor's privilege every time. I have to manually add it back or it will be not available in Xcode's menu.

Self auto update can solve this. For example, Stats, another app that installed from brew as well. It is self signed, so I have to allow it to run in Settings. It has auto update so I can get the latest version and I don't need to manually launch it from Settings again.

However, apps using auto update don't leave a record in brew, so brew still thinks you are using the old version. It is OK. As brew labels those casks as auto-update and won't update them automatically, unless you use --greedy to force update.

Yes, currently I use brew update --greedy to get CMD to latest.
