Performance Monitoring for .NET MAUI and Unity

Bring automatic performance monitoring to .NET MAUI and Unity SDKs. This level of performance monitoring exists for all Sentry mobile SDKs and the goal is to ensure we provide the same comprehensive support for .NET MAUI and Unity.
