In version 52 beta the conversion issue persists. It still returns to excel incorrectly.
characters in cp WIN1250 Windows cz. CPCURRENT(1) = 1250.
.SetCellValue(lnWB, lnSh , lnRowCnt , 4 , 'ěščřžýáíéúůČÁĎĚÉÍÓóŘŠŤÚŽ')
In Excel I have "ěščožýáíéúůEÁIIÉÍÓóOŠŤÚÄ"
?CPCONVERT(1250, 1252, 'ěščřžýáíéúůňČÁĎĚÉÍÓóŘŠŤÚŮŽÝŇ') = 'ěščožýáíéúůňEÁIIÉÍÓóOŠŤÚUÄÝO'
