The project Keccak_PPL has several VHDL compilation issues (Fails to synthesize). #190

Attached in the zip, the modified version with comments.
We tried to circumvent some issues by modifying the VHDL code.
Ideally we would like to use this package as-is.
Eventually we reached the following with the modified code and we are stuck:
