log answers in the ticketnotification channel as well
Explain your suggestion more accurately (It's best to give as much information as possible, so that we can implement the suggestion better)
the answer to a ticket should be logged in the channel set with ?ticketnotification as well (there should be an option to disable it)
Why should we add this feature?
staff members don't always have to check the ticket panel for new answers by a user
