Dear Guilia, thank you for taking this task that had been on the list for a long time. Maybe we could set up a github repository and work on the same codes. I also have some stuff ready and maybe we start with a simplistic case. (You should not set the mesh of the forward operator explicitly as this is done by the ERT manager.) |

Hi all,
I'm working on the cross-gradient joint inversion of (Jordi et al., 2020) "translating" the code to the new API in pygimli and somehow got stuck with the definition of the Forward Operator for the ERT dataset.
In the orgiginal code this was how Claudio defined the ERT fop (invmesh was created with meshtools.createParaMesh from the sensors positios):
Now what I was trying is this:
butr when I try to use fERT.response as follow:
it closes the computation without giving me any result or error...
what am I doing wrong?
