Use System.Text.Json instead of Newtonsoft.Json

The Azure.Data.Tables package v. 12.8.1 uses System.Text.Json.
The System.Text.Json is faster and allocates way less memory that JSON.Net.

Can this library stick with same serializer as default in the default Table Storage client lib?
