Give chapter pages room to grow

Description

As our chapters grow and have more content, the teachers, leadership teams, and volunteer sections are getting pushed pretty far down the page. I propose adding a subnav to highlight to visitors what they'll find if they keep scrolling, and also so our wonderful teachers and volunteers are not exiled to the bottom of the page!

To Do

• Add subnavigation to the page
• Organize teacher/leader/volunteer template (called 'profile' in the markup) into columns
