Content security policy for `githubusercontent.com`: `style-src: unsafe-inline` isn't set, but it is set on `github.com` #1850

Heya, SVGs rendered with inline styles render correctly on github.com, but on private-user-images.githubusercontent.com, they don't.

In the content-security-policy header:

github.com includes style-src 'unsafe-inline' (for github.githubassets.com), implemented in Image caching Content Security Policy headers break SVG with inline style #289
private-user-images.githubusercontent.com doesn't include it

Is this the right place to go to request that inline styles are also allowed for private-user-images.githubusercontent.com?

The primer-css repository didn't look like the right place, and I couldn't find a better place from google.
