remove new packages from seaside31 (on separate branch)

packages that have been added to seaside31 (like Pharo20 package family and KOMLight) just add noise to the diffs ... a separate branch with these guys will give us fewer diffs to wade through

I also added per package diffs because github won't display them due to the number of changes. I added a script to make the diffs if necessary. The script does not remove the empty diffs, so I did that by hand
