Split normal mode into normal and page navigation modes

Unless this is technical limitation, I don't really get why having input field in normal mode and having no focused field should be the same mode.

Like, if I press d and no input is selected, nothing will happen currently, and I can't assign anything else as it would overlap d key for when some field is in focus. Change I propose would also allow Esc to be both exit incert mode and exit from normal to page navigation mode. (So my current esc-esc keybind will not make which key hang there infinitely)

i would definitely like to see this added. it feels like it goes againts the modal idea to have most of the browser interaction be done with ctrl/shift/alt or g/leader.

right now this is the only thing holding me back from using glide as my main browser.
