The embed-podcast link format for a Spotify embed works without an account, and includes no ads. Here is an example podcast embed that just works.

Theoretically this means that no cookies.txt from a spotify login should be required. However, Votify seems to be requiring a cookies.txt no matter what.
Is Votify capable of anonymous podcast downloads already, or would it require some changes?
