Support of insulin record types for data dump of FreeStyle Precision Neo #132

Hi!
The dump of a FreeStyle Precision Neo contains only the records of blood sugar levels and ketone (option --with-ketone) but is missing the insulin records.
The protocol described in https://protocols.glucometers.tech/abbott/freestyle-precision-neo explains that blood sugar levels are type 7 and ketone type 9. Type 10 is missing.

A 'dump --all' option would be handy as well in the future with so many different types.
I will happily support you with testing as far as I can if needed, but my skills in coding python are limited.
I'd also like to state that the 'type' string in the dump is the same for blood sugar and ketone. Only the value allows a differentiation at the moment.
