Show the label(s) being used as filter

Feature Description

When we click on a label in GitHub, it is shown in the textbox as a filter
But Gitea does not show anything, it would be great if we can show clearly which labels are being used as filters

I agree, but #35755 feels like a really big feature to tackle, best to break it down and move progressively, this could be one of the sub issue
