after seeing nzb-touch I thought rex could enhance its featureset a little (I don't know how active the developer is in regards to nzb-touch). the 2 main problems with touch are that it errors out and fails when a single article is missing and there's no server grouping - both issues that rex doesn't have
I'd like to see a flag which allows rex to force downloading an article from a provider regardless if it's missing somewhere else. I've tried to do it using the current flags but haven't had much success (it's possibly bugged, or waiting for the uploadlater flag). But even if that were implemented it would only cover missing articles and not every article. this addition would allow rex to completely refresh an nzb
Possibly also a "write-null" flag or similar that discards downloaded articles if we don't want to keep them.
