Meta boxes hidden by default in WP 7.0

Reproduction Steps

1. Install a site with WP 7.0 and LifterLMS
2. Go to add a course

Expected Behavior

Meta boxes show with course options

Actual Behavior

Meta boxes are hidden in the "Meta boxes" area at the bottom

Once it is resized it will continue to be shown, but ideally it should always be shown. Some people might want it hidden though so I'm not sure the best solution here.
