Issue description
What is the purpose of "Visible Navigation" if it doesn't work under the following circumstances:
When the project is paused.
When the project is halted by a breakpoint.
Step-by-step reproduction (as seen in the video):
Initially, "Visible Navigation" works correctly while the project is running.
When the project is paused, the navigation visualization disappears or fails to update.
When the project is stopped via a breakpoint, the visible navigation also fails to work.
