Tabular View Enhancements

• How are these sorted, if any? Should sort by columns (name/$/etc.)?
• Pop-overs block highlighting new tabs
• Can click through pop-overs to toggle display on parent tabs
• Some graph lines draw below their allotted tab
• Triangles should transition when opening/closing parent tabs
