Basically: is ktx2 support in cmgen.exe something that would be possible? If so would it simply be a matter of adding a command line option and a bit of code to use the ktx2 encoder? Or is there something about ktx2 that makes this impossible/difficult?
I'm using cmgen.exe to generate skyboxes in ktx1 format, and they're huge files, so I was thinking that maybe reencoding them as ktx2 would help with that.
