AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'concat'

Maybe there is some issue when I try to use aks =True, I was not getting this error before, as it related to version or something?

The attribute error you encountered is due to using np.concat instead of np.concatenate in the knots.py file. Both these methods are supported by the latest numpy version (numpy>2.0) but the previous versions don’t have the concat method. Please check the numpy version you are using and ensure that you upgrade it to the latest version. Colab uses numpy v2.0.2 which executes the code without any issues.

I have escalated this to our development team to replace np.concat with np.concatenate to ensure better backward compatibility and consistency across the library. You can track the previous changes to Meridian and unreleased feature updates in our Change Log.
