This PR adjusts the
stenotypeMakefile so more external compiler flags are passed to the actual compiler calls. This allows us to make use of Debian's automatic setting of hardening flags without explicitly needing to set any flags.Just upstreaming small patches from Debian packaging so we can drop them there :)
