syzkaller, syzbot: attach fsck results to bug reports

The topic has come up multiple times already, last time at the latest LPC (#5331).

We could run fcsk.* on the disk images mounted by the bug reproducer (we already extract them and report them separately) and attach the results to the bug reports:

• The overall result: passed/failed.
• Detailed fsck output.
