Cannot access the sample app repository #31

Hello,
We are Woolpert, a premier partner of Google Maps and a few of our projects are recently onboarded to get early access to RMI. Google Maps counterparts forwarded our team to this repo to try and deploy the sample apps.
We've hit an issue deploying the sample app in this repo. We are blocked by this step:

cd google-rmi
poetry install
Attempting to clone this repo gives us this error:

Username for 'https://github.com': <my github username>
Password for 'https://<my github username>@github.com':
remote: Invalid username or token. Password authentication is not supported for Git operations.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://github.com/LeptonSoftware/google-rmi.git/'
And when we try to check this repo, we get a 404. Can you allow the password authentication for this or provide us another way to clone this repo so we can clone the dependencies? Thanks!
