Confusion in the readme

Membership is open for anyone.

It is stated here that GoStudent is an open-for-all community

After applying, the community will evaluate you application. Based on that we will sending invitations.

Here, it is stated that an application will be evaluated upon which community invitations will be sent. For a student learning Go( like me, for example) this might create confusion. Is this community restricted as per invitation or open for all?
