Apologies for the late response. We indeed left Rickon out, since we really do not know what will happen to him. There's not much data about Rickon and as you well know so fat he has been a minor character. All we can say at this point is that we do predict him it at a moderate to high likelihood of death (76%), so he may well join the rest of the Starks in GoT heaven.
