Jon Snow is in quite a gray area, also after Episode 1.
Our data is as accurate as the wiki, our predictions are as accurate as our hit-rate.

Thanks for your question @tmjunkk and apologies for the delayed response.

Brienne's death indeed is a bug we are working to fix. We do have her in the database as alive and we do have a prediction about her likelihood of death but we currently display incorrect information. We'll keep you posted once it is fixed.

As for Jon, you are correct that the character in the show is dead. Jon's death in the book is not confirmed though and since we base all of our predictions on the books, we decided to keep Jon labeled as alive.
