Switch away from digitalocean demo in integration tests #26

The DigitalOcean demo Prometheus instance doesn't seem to be
available anymore, so we need to switch to a different instance.
Perhaps we could run a Prometheus instance inside Docker but there
might not be enough data for it to be useful?
