Automatic measurement of existing web framework benchmarks with GMT

Goal: Execute measurements with GMT of multiple existing web framework benchmarks

• Adapt the repository to our needs:
  • If the-benchmarker/web-frameworks is used: update the energy-tests branch
  • Automatic creation of Docker images
  • Automatic creation of usage_scenario.yml files or using one template file with custom variables for each framework

I put this issue to the example applications as it is contextually closest. Unclear if it will really be uploaded here, but currently no other repo is set.

Open questions:

You mention in https://github.com/green-coding-solutions/dependency-resolver/issues/8 that tfb for TechEmpower does a lot in terms of warmup etc. I assume this is happening in the Dockerfile then via an entrypoint script?

if so:

• can you post the Dockerfile contents
• Can you post what the entrypoint script does

If my understanding is wrong please let me know where the benchmarks are triggered and how we can extract that for GMT, as this makes up the hard part of instrumenting it as I understood you.
