Update R version at next AMI rebuild #78
Description
Apparently there is a file in the current version of R in the AMI (4.3.1) which is being (falsely) flagged as high confidence malware by Orca's scanning engine (run by WUIT). They have asked us to update to more current R version to eliminate this issue.
