What really stands out is how the improved user management flows make the whole platform much easier to work with. Setting up roles, handling permissions, and onboarding new users has become far more intuitive, which is critical when multiple data management platform teams or clients are involved. It reduces friction in daily operations and lets you focus more on campaign performance rather than administrative overhead. |

What would you like Grimmory to do?
Grimmory's UI for adding and managing users currently cramps a lot of settings into one place, and doesn't surface as much info on their users as it could.
We should redesign the User management settings page to allow admins to view what a user's last book they read was, when a user was last active, and when they were created.
We should also allow admins to view a more detailed User Details page, where they can dig into a given User's session histories, and their books' saved progress, with relevant timestamps and context added where it makes sense.
What problem does this solve for you?
It is currently difficult for admins to help their users troubleshoot problems, and for them to gain insight into their users' usage of the platform. All of this data is theoretically possible for admins to access right now, but it should be surfaced better
Anything else?
This work is blocked on some of the broader UI changes coming with Angular 22 and Zack's settings redesign. It can be done after the first pass of settings
Want to help out?
Yes! I'd love to help implement this
