Allow setting arbitrary umask for uploaded books

What would you like to improve?

I'd love if grimmory would automatically apply specific permissions to the ebook files users upload. Right now it seems to be an explicit 600, which is secure, but also annoying if you want to make sure other processes can access it on the same host.
