What Went Wrong?
Hello,
When i try to upload some book for the first time and i'm certain they are new (new instance) i get a message it's already exist.
How Can We Reproduce This?
Upload some books at some point it will happen i have no idea what trigger this or not.
What Should Have Happened?
Upload the file normally
