zshrc: how can I subtract from ls_options?

I don't want to completely redefine ="command ls ..." aliases, but want to add some options and remove some, while maintaining compatibility with future grml updates. Adding is easy, removing not so.

something like this should do in your $HOME/.zshrc or $HOME/.zshrc.local

ls_options="${ls_options/-h/} -l"

EDIT: well, this was a bad example as -h is not default but you should know what i mean

That's not going to work unless I also reproduce the entire logic of making the alias. Because ls_options are defined and used to generate the aliases - all within the same script. Which I'm keeping unchanged, for easy updates. (I should add I'm only using grml-zsh-config Void package.)

I am able to add to options by simply defining the variable and adding options in an earlier script, but I can't remove an option that isn't there yet. And later is too late.

I guess there isn't that much to reproduce, it's an ok solution. I was just thinking that maybe there is a more elegant way.

Here's my hacky workaround: /usr/local/etc/zsh/zshrc.d/03-grml.zsh
