The tests in StartDayCommandTest fail on ChipperCI for some reason

I've put them into an excluded group so I can run them locally without them tripping up CI. But I'd love to be able to undo that if someone clever can figure out what about this test class is so different from the rest that this one fails while the others are fine.

I forked this to have a look at it Ed, the first thing I ran into was not having the GitHub CLI installed on my machine - is that available/installed in the Chipper CI build system?

If it is, I'll have a bit of a dig further to see if I can spot the issue

Huh. Strangely that didn't even occur to me. Though I suppose it kind of has to be there because the other tests pass and that library is used throughout.
