Client-side load balancing - is it possible to add selected address to AppInsights telemetry

Hi, I configured client-side load balancing with static resolver and round robin, basing on Microsoft documentation. It's working fine.
Server side streaming is working as expected.

What I'm wondering about is whether it's possible to somehow extend ApplicationInsights telemetry with selected host address.
It would help in troubleshooting which server is failing, especially in ExceptionTelemetry.
