Is it expected that there is no linux-aarch_64 JAR for netty-tcnative?

It seems there is only linux-aarch_64-fedora.jar on Maven Central. 👀 https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/netty/netty-tcnative/2.0.70.Final/

The -fedora build was because debian and fedora used different .so numbers for openssl. It is very possible they are aligned on aarch64.

Either that, or Netty didn't care about debian aarch64.
