Enhanced read_excel method in db.py to compute ratings, sentiments and entity data and saving it to db. Also rectified issues in Ratings class. We should initialize SentimentIntensityAnalyzer and spacy.load('en_core_web_sm') at the class level. Also we should ensure and create single Ratings Object
