ArtifactCarouselScreen overflow.

Due to bottomHeight: context.heightPx / 2.75 in ArtifactCarouselScreen , It was overflowing when 'artifact.date.isEmpty' in _BottomTextContent.
I have already fixed that but unable to push this because I am not permitted for this.

When sufficiently small, the line break and slot decoration between the title and button automatically disappears to allow for more space.

There is still an overflow in a more extremely scaled situation (eg; non-fullscreen with 200% zoom). Will need a call on that.
