Suggest to install `cmioc-cli` instead of `cmioc` in the docs frontpage

Most users will use the CLI instead of the TypeScript library.
So, they might wrongfully install @guidanoli/cmioc and try to run cmioc.
To solve this, we can either remove this installation from the landing page or change it to cmioc-cli.
