Newer GPUs except for the 100 series (V100, A100, H100, [...]) are lacking FP64 support, currently that monitoring is removed when doing the detection of the GPUs, based on their name.
The capability should be tested before enabling FP64, or since only a few GPUs seem to support FP64, the list should contain GPUs that support FP64, instead of the GPUs that does not.

Replace the hard coded list of GPUs not to monitor FP64, with a failback
if it was not possible. Not completed in the most elegant way, sorry.
