It always gives the same answer.

Whenever I ask it the same thing "Tell me a joke" for example, it always gives the same answer, even when there is multiple answers. Is there a way to fix this?

Depending on the implementation, one way this might happen is if a conversation_id isn't set. An easy way to test this can be to pass a predefined value to the get_response method to see if it resolved the issue. Eg. ~ chatbot.get_response(..., conversation_id='test-value').

Repeat responses may occur without it because the conversation ID is needed to filter out recent responses as candidates to new input.
