You can then even use <annotationProcessorPaths> (added in 3.5) instead of adding dagger-compiler to the classpath.

Thanks a lot for reporting and for all your remarks. I am going to answer one by one.

I am using version 2.3.2 of Maven compiler in that archetype. I will update then.
