Overview

We need to add a time sensitivity to communicate to Engineering community.
Currently the wiki just generically states to send collated questions to speaker two weeks prior but doesn't state communicating to community. Update wiki to announce the Monday of the week the speaker will talk.

Action Items

  • Update with a time expectation ( will be determined or confirmed after Engineering Community Leads Meeting Aug 17th)
