Review drop down
2 more fields for each reviewer (yes/no/maybe (colored: green, red, yellow)) with names (reviewer name)
Comments for reviews under the dropdown
Possible feature - Add a setting: # of reviewers per applicant

Add a new status of application review - "reviewed" or "not reviewed"

To implement: how to assign reviewers to applications
