Current Wubi cannot download 22.04.X because .1 is not available

I propose to modify the isolist.ini as usual for proper 22.04.2 support

what about 23.x?

As Wubiuefi supports various versions, it should be possible for advanced users to test interim releases like 23.xx, too.

But for the most users we support LTS releases with long term support (5 years of standard support + 5 years of ESM): https://github.com/hakuna-m/wubiuefi/releases/tag/22042r345
