Ubuntu 22.04.4 installation/ boot error

I'm using the latest installer on windows 10. I'm trying to install Ubuntu and I gave it 256 GB from the installer. Everything went well but during the second boot ( boot that happens after system installation) I'm getting the following screen error and the system doesn't boot:

I should note that I also tried installing Kubuntu and Edubuntu from the Wubiuefi installer and I got the same errors.

I appreciate any help in advance.

Could you please elaborate on what I should do exactly? And what does that error mean?

I did check your comment. Unfortunately, I'm not using an SSD, only HDD of - 512 Gb

I should note, I can't access any terminals because that screen happens as soon as the PC boots and the Lenovo logo shows up. Also, I have Windows 10 22H2 installed on a partition of that drive ( so far it's working fine but when I open the path for wubi installation from Windows, the files are in the partition, everything is there, but when I want to boot Ubuntu, that screen comes )

Also, is it possible to provide a fix with the upcoming release please?
