Don't draw when manual window bounds are invalid #2

Right now, if you put in only a minimum or a maximum value into the manual window settings, you get some strange drawings:

This should be fixed by only applying window settings to the current graph when the inputs are valid.

Observed under Chromium/60.0.3112.78 on Ubuntu 16.04
