Scrolling is broken when used within an ngDialog

• Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open http://jsfiddle.net/ekevoo/93n95uhg/
  2. Scroll the non-dialog table. It works fine.
  3. Click the "Dialog Test" button.
  4. Scroll the dialog table.
• Expected Result
  • Scrolling in dialog working exactly like scrolling outside dialog.
• Actual Result
  • Scrolling in dialog is unusable.

I am sure that you have already finished the project or abandoned it so I am closing the issue. However if not I'll reopen the issue.
