CDAWeb server should support NetCDF (ICON, GOLD) #38

Andrei asked if the new CDAWeb server would be supporting the NetCDF-based datasets like ICON and GOLD. This could be done easily by allowing the web service to convert the data files to CDF, or I could use a NetCDF library.
