CDAWeb 500 for all data from C1_CP_STA_SM

The "ALL_VARIABLES" CDF computed by Bernie's web services is missing the variable "BB_xyz_xyz_sr2__C1_CP_STA_SM" for "C1_CP_STA_SM":

This reads CDF files directly, but it looks like the CDFJ library doesn't support variables with rank 5 (time plus four other indices). I notice that Autoplot doesn't offer these variables either. See the file:

The program cdfedit sees variables like BB_xyz_xyz_sr2__C1_CP_STA_SM while Autoplot and the CDFJ library don't support this.
